Overview

Jo is a multi-disciplinary printmaker working between London and Antigua.

Her work takes inspiration from the patterns of Antigua's tropical ecology, using organic material collected from the ocean, beaches and rainforest. Infused with heat, light and rich textures of the Caribbean, her prints combine techniques such as monotypes, silkscreen and collagraphs, using layers of riotous colour.

Her ongoing Sea Fan series of woodcuts are printed with an underlying commentary on climate change.

She has exhibited extensively in the UK and Internationally and was selected for the RA summer exhibition in 2022, 2023 & 2025. Her work is held in the The British Museum and the V&A prints and drawings collection.
