Hannah Gilson
Hannah Gilson is an award winning London based artist whose mixed media practice combines painting, screen printing and drawing. Her work is simultaneously sardonic and playful, seeking to amplify the complexity of our unique inner worlds whilst drawing on imagery from pop culture and iconography which are both familiar and empowering.
 
Her original prints were recently selected for Bonhams’ ’Text me if You Can’ live auction and ‘Hot off the Press’ showcase of the best of contemporary print. She also exhibits her work regularly through art fairs and group exhibitions, both in the UK and internationally in the US. 
 
Commercial work includes selling prints through retailers such as IKEA, Anthropologie, La Redoute and House of Hackney. Commissioned work includes editorial illustration for the Evening Standard Magazine and a contemporary card range for Woodmansterne cards.
