Hannah Gilson

Hannah Gilson is a London based illustrator and educator whose mixed media practice combines painting, screen printing and drawing. Evolving from a predominately fine arts background, her work has naturally settled with hand drawn and digital illustration, where she engages with popular culture and aesthetics.

She recently showcased her work at the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, where her work ‘I’ll Bring You Flowers’ was nominated for the Boodle Hatfield Printmaking Prize. She has sold work at IKEA and has a piece in the new collection at Anthropologie. She has also been commissioned for editorial illustration by the Evening Standard Magazine.
